popup blocker exceptions with autoconfig

Hello.

I noticed that popup blocker exceptions are no in prefs.js and as so cannot be easily added to autoconfig settings. With fast Google I found out that those are in fact in permissions.sqlite -file. How can I add exceptions to popup blocker using autoconfig? Some script?
