Thanks for the info, my table setup is a little different than adding and removing rows.

Got it sorted out via the Adobe forums. I was having trouble accessing the correct instance and needed to tweak a couple of other things. http://forums.adobe.com/message/2950352

I didn’t think the gen 1 phones supported BLF functionality.

I just opened a TAC case on an interesting thing that seems like a bug. I upgraded our 7.1.3 CUCM last week to 8.0.2c, and after testing for several hours, everything seemed perfect.

Fast forward to today, I get asked to add a few new phones with BLF’s programmed. The phones are 7960 and program fine with the extension, however, the BLF’s are empty, the Label doesn’t show, let alone the BLF symbol on the display. Editting an existing phone that has BLF’s act normally.

Doing a super copy of the working phone (one on my desk) doesn’t resolve the issue, still no BLF’s, but the Line 1 copies just fine.

Very bizarre behavior. A few quick searches through the release notes on 8.0.2 and 8.0.2c didn’t show anything specific to this issue, however there are two BLF caveats, but they have to do with empty partitions, and I’m using non-empty partitions with these phones and BLFs.

Anyone else run into this issue?

Transfer to CTI

So how would I solve this issue? Any thoughts? Should I setup this line as a voicemail port? I am not sure what to do at this point.

If the CTI RP is forwarding all calls to Unity, then it would hit the phones mailbox because that is the original called number. The CTI Route point is actually a phone tree on Unity conn.,

Account suspended due to error in content-iD system.

.

Thanks for your reply Jarek,

First i need to say again that this is not a classical (standard) copyright issue My channel was suspended due to a mishap in the automatic- indentification system (content-iD system).

at 04:00 it recognizes it..and assigns it to Sony. at 04:15 it does not recognize a new exact copy and assign it to no- one.

As a result Sony ordered that 2nd copy to by taken down…resulting in a strike for me.

If the content-iD system would have worked…then this error would not have happened and it would have been assigned to Sony…who would have monetized it as they did on the first one that was uploaded a few minutes before.

I think i dont deserve to lose my channel that took me 6000 hours of work…because of that error.

But after many weeks i dont find any option to communicate this to youtube i even spoke to the copyright-owner Sony (andy lewis) …and they dont want to reset this. because its an unusual situation for which they have no standard procedures or ways to document it Said different…they only know about black and white situations…we own the rights or we dont. any mishaps in the content-iD system is not black and not white..so they dont solve it because they dont have to and because they dont known how…much easier to simply take it down and letr someone lose his 2 years of work

So they say i should talk to Youtube..but Youtube dont let me talk to them…support dont say nothing when i mention this error…they just want me to get Sony withdraw the claim…which they wont (or cant).

So i’m a playball between both…Sony says “Youtube” Youtube says “Sony” and both of them keep talking about copyright..copyright..copyright and yes i dont own the copyrights …but most/many videos on youtube are uploaded by users that dont own the copyrights…but that is alowed because the real owner wants to monetize them.

So if i verify at 04:00 that a video will get monetized…then i expect a same video uploaded a few minutes later to become monetized also…that is not ilegal..its working WITH the system..not against i

But this went wrong due to a glitch at yt’s content-iD system who did not recognize it this time Si i got punished for that while normally both Youtube and the copyright owner would have profited from my upload.

Now since i have no way to get in touch or even solve this..(i have tried for many weeks) i’m asking you Jarek to pass this on to those responsable for content- iD system design These people could then admit that such an error could happen or has indeed happened from there it could go to copyright department who could then remove the claim and the strike. and yes they can have the video itself…i dont want it anymore.

Here’s the details of the removed in error (due to a content-iD failure) video again:

“Shakira – Waka Waka (Full HD,1080p)” Formerly at url: Formerly at channel-name: “djmambito” Removed due to a claim by: Sony Music Entertainment on 06/14/2010

These are the standard details Youtube will need.

In addition here’s a few uploads from copies of that exact same video below the video it says clearly “contains content from TV9″ as you can see they are not removed but alowed and monetized instead. So Youtube says (said) it belongs toTV9 …while my video was taken down by Sony (obviously because it was not assigned to them) These videos were assigned to TV9 before and after my upload This is an additional error were the system obviously assigns to “TV9″ while “Sony” takes down my same video

Here’s a search that will show this video being owned by “TV9″

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=videos&search_query=shakira+waka+waka&search_sort=video_date_uploaded&suggested_categories=10&uni=3

here’s a pic of the copyright-info that goes with these videos when they are assigned to “TV9″

http://tinyurl.com/37eunyu

So we have more errors or confusion going on:

1) Content-iD system makes a glitch and dont assign it to no-one…or, 2) Content-iD allows for manual takedown-claim by a party who maybe dont own it (Sony)…or, 3) Content-iD assigns it to TV9 …but when it does for once not do that in error..it alows others to take it down. 4) For a uploader there’s no option to report or solve errors made by the content-iD system

Now because of this confusion in which i have no part…and the impossibility for me to communicate this with Youtube…i lose my 6000 hours of work. by now i must have lost many subscribers…embedded videos and Api- videos have probably been removed cause they are not available anymore…etc Each day my channel becomes more and more ruined.

I hope you can lead this to the right people.

Thanks !

DC to AD

Data is not migrated automatically.

The “user profile” contains device assocaition, primary extension, CCx extension, etc.

In 4.x user profile was stored in directory (DC or AD).

In 5.x and later user profile is stored in the local informix database.

I am not aware of any automated migration tools. In 4.x you could use ‘dumpall out.txt’ from command line to dump entire DCD to plain text file. You can parse this pretty easily with PERL or similar for reformatting to LDIF for ldap upload or CSV for BAT/BPS import.

Fetching Image’s property in flash as3

Posted in Uncategorized on July 6th, 2010 by Saba – Be the first to comment

Hello Friend,

I have one question regarding images property. In flash through actionscript we can easily fetch the inner properties of any .mp3 files, like its title, artist name, bit rate and so on. Can we do the same thing for any image? I just want to fetch the “picture taken on” property of the image. Should I have to depend on any server side script like php or .net or java??

Waiting for your reply.
