Changing ‘Published On’ date
Hi, I’d like to know if there’s any way to change the ‘added on’ date for a video. We have a video podcast that was hosted on our website for a few years, but we’ve migrated our content to YouTube, but the order is incorrect due to the date being wrong. Is there any way that I can fix this?

Hello Ben,
The only value that’s user-editable (and I believe only via the web interface, though perhaps the API allows this as well) is the ‘yt:recorded’ response value. I’m not aware of any way to change the ‘published’ or ‘yt:uploaded’ values after the fact.
