How to Prevent Temprary Internet files using Flex 3…..?

HI all, how to prevent client side cache in Flex3. plz send me anybody know abt this

    Hi i have requirment on getting date of monday on every week and first date of month..

    like

    if today is Wednesday then i need date of Monday of current week. If current date is 15th of aug then i need the current month 1st date as Aug 1st as date. this should be dynamic based on the current mont.
